Her journey with psilocybin and plant medicines has blossomed into transformative ceremonies and retreats with live music and creative rituals. Her transformative journey began with a heart attack at the age of 18, an experience that profoundly shaped her understanding of life, spirituality, and healing. After physical recovery, the shadows of anxiety and dissociation lingered. This inspired her to learn more about how trauma impacts our mental, emotional, and physical health.

Guided by mentors and fueled by her curiosity for holistic medicine and ancient wisdom traditions, Sanne embarked on a journey to delve deep into the realms of spirituality and healing. She studied with experienced shamans, healers and therapists who showed her how to work with the subconscious mind, integrate trauma, and facilitate psilocybin ceremonies and cacao gatherings with intention and integrity.
